User Data & Local Storage Policy

What StudyTimerPRO stores in your browser, why, and how you can clear it.

Last updated: June 2026

What is stored locally

  • Timer preferences (preset, durations, sounds).
  • Daily goal, streaks, achievements, and session history.
  • Theme (light or dark) and other interface settings.
  • Cookie-consent choices.

Why it's stored

These values let the timer remember your setup between visits, show your streak and goal progress, and avoid asking you to reconfigure the app every time. They are stored in your browser via localStorage and are not transmitted to StudyTimerPRO servers.

How to clear it

  • Use your browser's "Clear site data" option for StudyTimerPRO.com.
  • Use private/incognito browsing to avoid persisting any local state.
  • Reset the theme via the theme toggle or your operating-system setting.

Server-side data

StudyTimerPRO does not require accounts. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, referrer) are described in our Privacy Policy.
