Informal resolution first
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact support@StudyTimerPRO.com with a clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking, and to allow at least thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.
Governing law
These provisions and any dispute arising from or relating to the platform shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of formation of Relationale LLC, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable mandatory consumer- protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Venue
Subject to applicable mandatory law, you agree that any judicial proceeding to resolve a dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of formation of Relationale LLC, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Class-action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Limitation period
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising from or relating to the platform must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose, or be forever barred.
No waiver
Failure to enforce any right under these provisions does not constitute a waiver of that right.
