StudyTimerPRO is an educational productivity platform. Its timers, guides, and recommendations are general informational tools and are not medical, psychological, clinical, legal, financial, or accredited educational advice.
No warranties
The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, and the platform's employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (together, the "Protected Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, study outcomes, academic or professional results, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to:
- use of, or inability to use, the timers, tools, or features;
- study recommendations, productivity guidance, or methodology content;
- educational materials, guides, or articles;
- AI-generated or AI-assisted explanations and suggestions;
- scheduling, planning, or time-management decisions;
- third-party content, advertisements, links, or services accessed through the platform.
Aggregate cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Protected Parties for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Jurisdictional limits
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
