Your obligation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, and the platform's employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (together, the "Protected Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your misuse of the platform or its content;
- your violation of the Terms of Use, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Educational Use Policy;
- your unlawful conduct or violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
- any content you submit or transmit through the platform;
- your reliance on the platform in place of professional, medical, psychological, or accredited educational advice.
Control of defence
The Protected Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate in asserting any available defences.
Survival
This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of the platform.
